"I started seeing Janis approximately two years ago. I was looking for help in dealing with anxiety and stress. I had read about Reiki but had never experienced it firsthand. I figured I had nothing to lose by trying a session. After a few sessions I felt that my anxiety level had decreased and felt more at peace with myself.

When I became pregnant, I had a lot to deal with in terms of my health and other things in my life. Once again Janis was there to help me through it all. I ended up giving birth to my daughter at 30 weeks of pregnancy. She weighed only 2lbs but had a very strong will to live and she is now a healthy baby. I strongly believe that the reiki sessions I had done while I was pregnant helped her overcome all obstacles while she was in the NICU.

During the time she was in the hospital, things became intense at home as I had a bit of postpartum depression along with increased anxiety and stress. My partner and I were not in a good place so the energy in our home was quite negative.

Once my daughter came home from the hospital she had a hard time sleeping and was very restless. I reached out to Janis and realized that we needed to do something to clear the energy in our home. This is when I asked Janis to do a home blessing and the results were wonderful. You could feel the energy in the home shift right away. My daughter was sleeping better and my partner and I now have a much better relationship. Our home feels so much lighter now and we are truly happy with the experience and result.
